We believe there are 3 basic needs that we as humans require before we can begin to thrive:

1 - Clean Water

2 - Clean Food

3 - A Safe Place to Call Home

We're working to provide all three! 

Our method is simple:

1) We identify a family that needs a home.

2) We find subsidies and loan programs that are available and suit the family.

3) We work with the family to find a suitable building lot and pick a floor plan.

4) We construct the home.

5) The home is sold to the family and we return capital and profits to the investor.

6) We find another family to help out!

Founded in 2016, LAC Affordable Housing is committed to bringing lasting and tangible solutions to the housing crisis across Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC). We currently have a dynamic team located in Costa Rica that specializes in engineering, banking, legal, construction and office & business management.  We are actively taking applications, in Costa Rica, from families needing a home and working to provide a solution to help solve their housing needs.
